If you have an issue with an Embach Armory product that is related to damage or the incorrect part, please contact us within 3 weeks of the receipt of the item(s). If the exchange or refund is the due to an oversight from Embach Armory, no re-stocking fee will be applied and the full amount paid for the item will be refunded or credited back to the customer. To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be unused and in the original packaging. The original purchaser must handle returns and exchanges.
