Yes. All firearms are shipped to a licensed FFL dealer of your choice. We do not ship directly to individuals — this is required by federal law. If you don’t have an FFL dealer, sites like GunBroker’s FFL Finder or your local gun shop can help you find one nearby. Please email a copy of the dealer’s FFL license to embacharmory@gmail.com after placing your order.
18 U.S.C. § 922(r) is a federal law that limits the number of foreign-made parts in a semi-automatic rifle assembled in the United States. It requires a minimum number of U.S.-made parts in any rifle assembled from imported components. Every Embach Armory kit build is fully 922(r) compliant — we use U.S.-made parts including the fire control group (FCG), receiver, barrel, and muzzle device on every build, ensuring legal compliance in all configurations.

Turnaround time varies by build type and current order volume. Standard M72B1 RPK builds on a Morrissey receiver typically ship within 3–6 weeks. Selecting a Childers Guns or Recreator Blanks receiver adds approximately 4 additional weeks. EA-82 RPK builds are typically 6–8 weeks. We provide an estimated timeline at the time of order and communicate throughout the build process. Contact us for current lead times before ordering if timing is critical.
Not currently. Christian builds every rifle personally to ensure the Embach Armory standard is maintained on every single build. We may explore instruction or build events in the future — follow us or check back for updates.
Yes. Embach Armory holds a Type 08 Federal Firearms License (importer), which authorizes us to import firearms and firearms components from overseas. We source authentic military-surplus parts kits directly from foreign manufacturers and suppliers, bringing them to the American collector and builder market. All imported items are demilled to ATF specifications where required and fully comply with U.S. import regulations, including ATF Form 6 import permits.

No. All completed firearms sold by Embach Armory are semi-automatic only and are not NFA items. No suppressors, short-barreled rifles (SBR), or machine guns are sold through this website. Embach Armory holds a Class 02 SOT as a manufacturer, which allows manufacture of NFA items for commercial purposes, but consumer sales through this site are limited to Title I (non-NFA) semi-automatic firearms only.
Yes. Every Embach Armory build is warranted against defects in craftsmanship and function. If a build has a mechanical issue caused by our assembly work, we fix it or replace it — no runaround. Contact us at embacharmory@gmail.com if you run into problems.
