Embach Armory stands behind every build and every transaction. This policy covers refunds, returns, exchanges, and order cancellations.
Returns
If you receive a damaged item or the incorrect part, contact us within 3 weeks of delivery at embacharmory@gmail.com or 972-835-3380. Damage or errors caused by Embach Armory are eligible for a full refund or replacement with no restocking fee. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned by the original purchaser.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, an approved refund will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds for items damaged or shipped in error by Embach Armory include the cost of return shipping. Refunds for buyer-initiated returns are issued for the item cost only; original and return shipping are non-refundable.
Firearm Order Cancellations
Placing an order for a firearm, including a deposit on a custom build, is an agreement to complete the purchase. Cancelled orders are subject to a reprocessing fee of 20% of the total amount paid. The fee increases by 5% with each cancellation after the first: 25% on a second cancelled order, 30% on a third, and so on.
A custom build is considered in process once parts have been ordered or work has begun. Cancelling an in-process build is a cancelled order and carries the reprocessing fee. Parts are sourced and bench time is scheduled against your order, and the fee covers costs that cannot be recovered.
Buyers are responsible for knowing their own state laws. Orders for firearms that cannot legally ship to your location will be voided and treated as refused orders, subject to the same reprocessing fee.
The remaining balance on a custom build is due within 30 days of completion. If the balance is not paid within that window, the order is treated as cancelled. You may take a refund of your deposit less the 20% reprocessing fee, or have the full deposit issued as Embach Armory store credit.
Cancellation fees apply to orders only. Once a completed firearm has been transferred to you, it carries our lifetime craftsmanship warranty as described below.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom firearm builds, personalized work, and completed services (including rear trunnion conversions and kit builds) are non-returnable except in cases of manufacturing defect covered under our lifetime craftsmanship warranty. These items are produced to order and cannot be restocked.
Warranty
All Embach Armory builds carry a lifetime craftsmanship warranty against defects in assembly work. Warranty claims are handled separately from the returns process. See the full warranty details on our Warranty page.
