Embach Armory, LLC (“Embach Armory,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit www.embacharmory.com (the “Site”) or place an order, how we use that information, and the rights you have over it.
Who We Are
Embach Armory is a federally licensed firearms manufacturer and importer located in Fairview, Texas. We hold a Type 07 FFL, a Type 08 FFL, and a Class 02 SOT.

Information We Collect
Information you provide directly. When you create an account, place an order, or contact us, we collect: your name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address (typically your FFL dealer’s address for firearms), and the contents of any messages you send us. When you place an order, payment card information is collected and processed by our payment processor (Authorize.Net / Fortis); we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our hosting provider (WP Engine) and content delivery network (Cloudflare) automatically log standard web request information, including IP address, browser user agent, referring page, and timestamps. This is used for security, fraud prevention, and basic site operation.
Cookies and similar technologies. The Site uses a small number of cookies, including:
- WooCommerce session cookies (to remember your cart and checkout progress)
- Cloudflare security cookies (to protect against bots and abuse)
- Google reCAPTCHA cookies (to prevent form spam)
- A cookie that remembers if you have dismissed the cookie notice banner
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or other third-party advertising or analytics trackers as of the last updated date above.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information described above to:
- Process orders, accept payment, and ship products to you or to your designated FFL dealer
- Communicate with you about your order, build progress, or warranty/return requests
- Verify FFL transfer requirements as required by federal and state law
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations applicable to firearms manufacturers, importers, and dealers
- Improve the Site and our services
When We Share Your Information
We share information only with parties that need it to fulfill your order or operate the business:
- FFL dealers you designate as the recipient of a firearm transfer (we share name, contact, and shipping information as needed for the transfer)
- Payment processor (Authorize.Net / Fortis) to process payment
- Shipping carriers (FedEx, USPS, UPS) to deliver your order
- Service providers that host the Site, send transactional email, and provide bot/spam protection (WP Engine, Cloudflare, Google reCAPTCHA)
- Law enforcement and regulators when required by valid legal process or by laws applicable to firearms commerce (ATF, state agencies, etc.)
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
Data Retention
We retain order records, FFL transfer documentation, and related communications for the period required by federal and state firearms law (which can be 20+ years for certain records), and for general business and tax purposes. Account data and non-order communications are retained as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide services.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain uses. Texas residents have these rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA). To exercise any of these rights, email embacharmory@gmail.com with the request.
Note: We cannot delete records that we are required to retain by federal or state firearms law (such as ATF Form 4473 records or Type 07 / Type 08 records), even if you request deletion. We will explain what we can and can’t do when you contact us.
Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 18, and our products may not be lawfully sold to minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
Security
We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption site-wide, third-party payment processing (so we never see full card numbers), and bot/spam protection. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be flagged on the Site or by email if you have an account.
