Every firearm built by Embach Armory is warranted against defects in craftsmanship and function for the lifetime of the build. If a rifle leaves the shop and develops an issue attributable to our assembly work — a loose rivet, a bad pin, a feed problem caused by a fit issue — we will make it right. Normal wear, improper ammunition, user modification, and damage caused after delivery are not covered.
If you receive a damaged item or the incorrect part, contact us within 3 weeks of delivery. Damage or errors caused by Embach Armory are eligible for a full refund or replacement with no restocking fee. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned by the original purchaser. Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Custom builds and personalized work are non-returnable except in cases of manufacturing defect covered under warranty.

Firearms ship via FedEx or UPS with adult signature required, insured for full value, to your designated FFL dealer. Parts, accessories, and gear ship via USPS or UPS standard ground service. Most in-stock items ship within 1–3 business days of payment clearance. Custom builds ship upon completion per the lead times below. Tracking information is provided by email once your package is in transit.
All firearm purchases require shipment to a licensed FFL dealer in your state — this is federal law. If you don’t already have a dealer, a local gun shop or a quick online search will find one. Once your order is placed, email a copy of your dealer’s FFL license to embacharmory@gmail.com along with your order number. We ship directly to the dealer, who completes the background check and transfer per their procedures and state regulations. Transfer fees are set by the receiving dealer and are separate from your purchase.
Turnaround varies by build type and current order volume. Standard M72B1 RPK builds on a Morrissey receiver: 3–6 weeks. M72B1 builds on a Childers or Recreator receiver: add 4 weeks. EA-82 RPK builds: 6–8 weeks. Stamped AK kit builds: contact for current timeline. In-stock firearms and parts: 1–3 business days. Lead times begin once payment clears and any customer-supplied parts are received. We communicate throughout the build process — no radio silence. Contact us before ordering if timing is critical.
