Description
This 1987 Yugoslavian M72B1 RPK, Serial #112883, was built by Embach Armory from an authentic surplus parts kit sourced from the Yugo Wars era. Every part is genuine Yugoslav military surplus — not reproduction, not refinished, not mixed-origin. The furniture retains its original character while the metal has been properly prepared and protected.
The M72B1 is the RPK-pattern light machine gun of the Yugoslav military, chambered in 7.62×39 and built on a heavier, thicker-walled stamped receiver than the standard M70 AKM. It features a longer heavy barrel, a bipod, and the distinctive Yugoslav front sight block and gas system. This particular rifle was assembled on a U.S.-made Morrissey receiver, with a U.S.-made barrel, FCG, and muzzle device to meet 922(r) compliance requirements.
