Embach Armory stands behind every build and every transaction. This policy covers refunds, returns, and exchanges.
Returns
If you receive a damaged item or the incorrect part, contact us within 3 weeks of delivery at embacharmory@gmail.com or 972-835-3380. Damage or errors caused by Embach Armory are eligible for a full refund or replacement with no restocking fee. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned by the original purchaser.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, an approved refund will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds for items damaged or shipped in error by Embach Armory include the cost of return shipping. Refunds for buyer-initiated returns are issued for the item cost only; original and return shipping are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom firearm builds, personalized work, and completed services (including rear trunnion conversions and kit builds) are non-returnable except in cases of manufacturing defect covered under our lifetime craftsmanship warranty. These items are produced to order and cannot be restocked.
Warranty
All Embach Armory builds carry a lifetime craftsmanship warranty against defects in assembly work. Warranty claims are handled separately from the returns process. See the full warranty details on our Customer Support page.
